Endodontists Save Teeth

I treated this tooth in November of 2011. Pt presented with class III mobility, with the chief complaint of being able to depress the tooth. This tooth was so loose that the patient felt that it would fall out. Initially, a periodontal probe could reach the apex of the tooth. At recall, we can see that osseous regeneration is complete (on the PA radiograph and CBCT images). Mobility and periodontal probings have both returned to normal. RecallX
