I treated three cases in 2018 with persisting tapping sensitivity after conventional RCT (to my knowledge). All three resolved following going back in using gentlewave, and all three had furcal lateral canals. I recognize this is a very small and insignificant sample size. Since I started using gentlewave 14 months ago, I haven’t had any of those persisting tapping sensitivity cases.
